KB 300 Meltdown This guy does a great job with this circuit, the only suggestion would be to do full burpees with the pushup and kick up your metabolic conditioning even more . Give it a try and crush it !

My name is Scott Stedman and I am a 40 yr old full time firefighter. It has become a passion of mine to make sure that I am in top physical condition so I can perform my duties to the best of my abilities. Being fit not only keeps me safe and injury free on the job but it also allows me to be better in my personal and family life. I have found for me and others that I instruct that having fun challenging workouts are definitely what works.
I have been involved in sports since the age of 3 and began my martial arts training at the age of 12. As I matured and continued to train I was fortunate to experience many different styles of fitness training. All those years have led me to where I am now and what I believe is time tested methods of training. Russian Kettlebells , Crossfit and old school methods.
